Position : Work in Pontian | Operations Executive (Shipping & Procurement) - Up to MYR 8000 + Bonus

Location : Johor Bahru – Pekan Nanas

Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.15am to 5.30pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to MYR 8,000 + Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end inbound and outbound shipments, including documentation and coordination with forwarders and carriers.

Manage daily shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.

Source and compare freight rates; support cost-efficient transport planning.

Process and review purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with quotations.

Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse on deliveries, incoming goods and basic inventory control.

Resolve issues related to defective goods/services with vendors and internal users.

Match invoices, DOs and service reports to POs and assist in preparing basic reports and purchasing/admin documentation.



Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in related field with minimum 1-2 years of related working experience.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with associates who can only speak mandarin.
