The Mortgage Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with clients, property agents, developers, and referral partners to drive housing loan and mortgage business. This role focuses on client acquisition, loan advisory, and end-to-end mortgage facilitation while ensuring excellent customer experience and compliance with bank policies.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
1. Identify and acquire new mortgage clients through referrals, networking, and marketing activities

2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with home buyers, property investors, and refinancing clients

3. Provide professional mortgage advice tailored to clients’ financial needs
