What you'll be doing
-Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to promote the company's products and services in the region
-Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through proactive prospecting and networking
-Maintaining and building strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
-Create engaging content and campaigns that align with the company's brand and positioning
-Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
-Analysing sales and marketing data to measure performance and inform future strategies
-Manage content creation for social media, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (SEO, SEM, email open/click rates, etc.)
-Providing regular reports and recommendations to the management team

What we're looking for
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry
-Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and customer relationship management
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving successful marketing campaigns
-Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
-Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
