Job description
-Strategy Development: Create and implement integrated sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth.
-Market Research: Analyse market trends, competitor products, and consumer need to inform strategies
-Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential customers, generate leads, conduct presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
-Campaign Management: Design and run marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events).
-Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, addressing queries and handling complaints.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, creative, and operations teams to align efforts and boost efficiency.
-Reporting: Track sales data, analyse campaign performance, and present reports to management.

Requirements and skills
-Proven work as a Sales & Marketing with minimum 2 years’ experience
-Min’ Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
-Track record in designing and executing successful Sales & Marketing programs (Preferably in MLM industry)
-Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital tactics, and sales strategies.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office, and marketing tools.
-Ability to work independently, and manage projects.
-Familiarity with Marketing training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, Zoom etc)
-Proficient in Mandarin & English (Read/Write preferred)
