Key Responsibilities
-Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting
-Maintain accurate accounting records (hardcopy & softcopy) and ensure timely submission of financial reports
-Assist in statutory reporting, tax filings, and ad-hoc admin assignments
-Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate financial information
-Provide administrative and accounting support including filing, data entry, correspondence, and office tasks
-Support day-to-day operations and departmental projects while maintaining confidentiality
-Proficient in using Autocount software

What we're looking for
-Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-1–3 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles (corporate/professional services is an advantage)
-Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
-Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
