What you'll be doing
-Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for the company.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities.
-Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including order processing and tracking.
-Participate in market research and analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities.

What we're looking for
-Currently enrolled in Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/International Trade or similar field.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Prefer Internship period min. 10weeks or longer.
-Knowledge of using Microsoft Office, Google Drive. Knowledge of Autocount will be a bonus point.
-Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
-Knowledge of Mandarin language is a preference as some products from China supplier so ease of communication.
