Job Description
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-Added advantage if candidate knows Mandarin language
-At least 1 year of work experience in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
-Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities
-Administrative duties such as compiling, checking and organizing relevant documents, keying information into government systems.
-Good communication, especially to customers/government departments to monitor and follow up on collecting documentation.
-Teamwork across departments in the company to follow through with cases/ customers.
-Manage day to day customer requests for information with prompt responses to customers via email, WhatsApp, and calls.
-Take initiative and responsible (able to take urgent calls or WhatsApp out of office hours)

-Candidate has knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel, and Google Suite (Sheets, Drive, etc.).
-Applicant must be willing to work in Ipoh.
