Responsibilities:
-Proactively generate leads and pursue sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
-Develop and maintain relationships with event planners, corporate clients, wedding coordinators, and other key decision-makers.
-Conduct site tours and effectively communicate the unique features and offerings of our banquet hall.
-Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of events and exceed client expectations.
-Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements tailored to the specific needs of each client.
-Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
-Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and expand our reach.

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
-Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event sales, banquet, or hospitality industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented mindset.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools is an advantage.
-We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
