RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist in payroll preparation and salary data handling.
-Assist in preparation of employment contracts and HR documents.
-Manage and update employee asset records.
-Prepare and coordinate morning meetings / briefings.
-Support recruitment activities and basic HR reporting.
-Maintain employee records, filing, and documentation.
-Handle general office administration duties.

QUALIFICATIONS
-Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources or related field.-
-Detail-oriented and organized, with good filing and record-keeping habits.
-Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
-Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
-Responsible, cooperative, and eager to learn administrative processe
