Responsibilities
-Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them accordingly.
-Answer incoming calls, manage inquiries, and arrange appointments when required.
-Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate guest arrangements.
-Maintain a tidy, presentable, and well-organized reception area.
-Handle temporary access cards and maintain visitor logbooks.
-Update and maintain the office telephone directory.
-Support office security by following access control and safety procedures.
-Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
-Support compliance with MRT Corp policies and the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS).

Requirements
-Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
-CGPA of ≥ 3.00 or equivalent.
-Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service is an advantage.
-Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Well-organised, attentive to detail, and customer-focused.
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
