1. ACCOUNTING RESPONSIBILITIES
· Financial Management: Oversee daily financial operations to ensure smooth cash flow.
· Accounting Transactions: Manage company accounts, review all financial transactions, and ensure accuracy.
· Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, including the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
· Tax Management: Calculate and submit tax filings in compliance with regulations.
· Budget & Cost Control: Develop annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective operations.
· Supplier & Client Reconciliation: Verify accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely and accurate payments.
· Internal Audit & Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
· Financial System Maintenance: Manage and optimize accounting software for secure and efficient financial operations.

2. HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBILITIES
· Recruitment & Onboarding: Publish job postings, screen candidates, arrange interviews, and manage onboarding processes.
· Payroll & Benefits Administration: Calculate salaries, bonuses, and manage employee benefits such as EPF, SOCSO, and insurance.
· Attendance & Performance Management: Monitor employee attendance, evaluate performance, and implement reward systems.
· Labor Relations: Address employee grievances, resolve disputes, and ensure legal compliance in employment matters.
· Training & Development: Plan employee training programs and organize career development activities.
