Responsibilities
-Manage and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI, utilizing Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant advertising tools
-Conduct regular analysis of audience behavior and adjust targeting parameters to align with changing audience preferences.
-Plan and execute marketing initiatives (e.g: Live streaming, giveaway campaign etc.), to meet sales target with full responsibility on budget management, performance review, optimisation and analysis.
-Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management meeting.
-Manage and oversee company's social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) to ensure deliverables are up-to-date
-Facilitate entire live stream process from start to finish to ensure seamless and high quality execution.


Requirements
-Min. Bachelor's Degree or higher in E-commerce, Marketing, Advertising or any related field.
-2-3 year of work experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns, or client servicing
-Sales oriented and results-driven
-Excellent project management, campaign planning and copywriting skills
-Familiar with paid advertising tools (Meta, Google, TikTok, IG, Shopee, Lazada etc)
-Proficiency in basic Photoshop.
-Able to read and speak Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin associates)
