Job Description

A. Sales Support
-Order Processing: Receive orders via WhatsApp/Phone/Email and key them into the system (Sales Order) when the Sales Officer is on the road.
-Quotation Generation: Prepare official quotations for standard items to send to clients immediately, ensuring speed of service.
-Account Coverage: Act as the "Stand-in Officer" when a Sales Officer is on leave (MC/Annual Leave). Handle their calls and ensure their customers are serviced.
-Stock Checking: Check real-time stock availability in the system for the Sales Officers so they don't have to call the warehouse constantly.

B. Customer Service
-Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages professionally. Provide immediate answers regarding Price, Stock Availability, and Product Specs.
-Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints regarding Late Deliveries or Wrong Items. Investigate with Operations/Warehouse and provide a solution to the client calmly.
-Delivery Updates: Proactively update customers on their delivery status (e.g., "Ms. Tan, the lorry is on the way, ETA 2:00 PM").

C. Administrative & Collection Support
-Payment Reminders: Assist Sales Officers in sending "Soft Reminders" (Statement of Accounts) to clients who are overdue on payments.
-Customer Database: Update the system with new customer details (Address, Person in Charge, Phone Number).
-Samples Management: Arrange for product samples to be sent to prospective clients via courier/driver.

Candidate Requirement:
-Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, or Diploma in Business/Marketing.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. (Mandarin/Cantonese is a strong added advantage).
-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Customer Service / Sales Support.
-Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Accounting Software (SQL/AutoCount), Order Processing, Handling Feedback.
-Personality: Friendly, patient, and able to multitask between Phone Calls and WhatsApp.
-Able to work in Sungai Buloh and start immediately.
