JOB TASK

1. SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
· Visit 5-8 outlets per day (Pet Shops, Vet Clinics, Pet Grooming Centers) within the assigned territory.
· Check shelf stock levels at client shops, suggest restocking orders, and push for new product listings (SKUs).
· Ensure clients pay strictly within the credit term.
· Ensure company products are visible (eye-level), tidy, and that Point-of-Sale materials (posters, standees) are displayed.
· Service and manage a portfolio of existing clients.

2. CUSTOMER & ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS
· Prepare sales quotations and proposals and perform timely follow-ups to close deals.
· Submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
· Liaise with internal departments (e.g., operations, logistics) to ensure customer orders are fulfilled smoothly.

3. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
· Handle returns/exchanges for damaged goods (e.g., torn kibble bags, expired canned food) according to company policy.
· Build rapport with shop owners and shop assistants.
· Report on competitor pricing, new product launches, or market rumors.

4. REPORTING
· Submit daily visitation logs (via WhatsApp or CRM).
· Prepare weekly sales forecasts and collection reports.

REQUIREMENTS
-Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Outdoor Sales. Experience in FMCG or Pet Industry is a huge advantage.
-Transport: MUST possess own car and valid driving license. Willing to travel daily within the assigned territory.
-Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. (Mandarin/Cantonese is strongly preferred to deal with business owners).
-Attitude: Aggressive, money-driven (Commission focused), and thick-skinned.
