Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training program in the area of insurance product and insurance technical knowledge related content to the agency force.

Coach the agent inside and outside training session in order to constantly improve performance.

Identify the training needs of the agents from time to time.

Deliver any training program as required by the management.



Job Requirements:

A recognized Degree in Law, Accountancy or Tax.

Minimum 2 years working experience in conducting face-to-face training and developing training materials.

Able to use relevant relevant software/applications such as MS power point for the purpose of designing and developing training materials.
