Job Description:
-Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service
-Attend to enquiry via phone calls
-Schedule patient’s appointment
-Process invoice and payment collections
-Dispense medication and maintain inventory levels
-Basic housekeeping
-Assist with clinic opening and closing
-To perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements：
-At least SPM
-Basic IT knowledge
-Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers
-Be open to learning new things
-Self-motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude
-Proficiency both in Mandarin and English is a must, to handle Mandarin-speaking customers and colleagues
-5 days work per week
-10:30am - 9:30pm
