What you'll be doing
-Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
-Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
-Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed-
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for product and service improvement
-Continuously expand your knowledge of our software offerings to better assist customers

What we're looking for
-1-2 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role—ideally in SaaS or tech industries.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively liaise with customers-
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues
-A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
-Ability to prioritise competing tasks, proactive and detail oriented
-Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage
