Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, price negotiation, and issuance of purchase orders.
· Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, standards, and budget guidelines.
· Handle and coordinate CAPEX and OPEX procurement, ensuring approvals, documentation, and delivery meet operational needs.
· Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor information for audit and compliance purposes.
· Review, analyse, and compare quotations to ensure the best value and cost-effectiveness.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service and timely delivery.
· Monitor inventory levels and track procurement timelines to avoid operational delays.
· Support budgeting and forecasting by providing procurement data related to CAPEX and OPEX.
· Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement operations.
· Prepare procurement reports, expenditure summaries, and updates for management review.
· Lead sourcing, evaluation, and selection of suppliers for goods and services
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors
· Approve or recommend purchase orders in line with company policies
· Monitor supplier performance and maintain an approved vendor list
· Develop and implement procurement strategies for cost optimization
· Prepare procurement reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting
· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and support audits
· Mentor and guide junior procurement staff.
· Collaborate closely with operations, finance, and other departments to align procurement with business needs.
