Planning and Operation:
-To take orders via phone calls, e-mail, Whatapps or any other platforms.
-Ensure orders are process and key into the SAP System and all other related matters.
-Verify the accuracy of orders and invoices.
-To keep and manage all the relevant document properly.
-Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products.
-Providing data and reports to support the Sales team.
-Involve in communication & coordination between customers and Sales team.
-Updates the sales team by providing the stock inventory on daily basis.
-To prepare monthly sales incentive for Sales person.
-Perform all other related tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:
-Diploma in business admin or equivalent.
-Experience and knowledgeable 1-3 years in SAP system, managing customer service and data entry.
-Preferably experience in Distributors Management System in FMCG and/or General Trade industry.
-Have a good problem solving skill.
-Good communication & interpersonal skills.
-Self discipline.
-Ability to work independently and achieve goals/results with minimal supervision.
