Key Responsibilities
Commercial Analysis & Business Partnering
-Provide financial analysis and insights to support Sales and Marketing initiatives.
-Partner with commercial teams to evaluate pricing, promotions, trade spend, and profitability.
-Monitor and analyse sales performance, margins, and variances against budget and forecast.
-Support business cases, ROI analysis, and post-implementation reviews for commercial activities.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Control
-Assist in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and monthly financial reviews.
-Track trade spend, promotional costs, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
-Highlight risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions where required.
-Ensure proper accruals, provisions, and financial controls are in place.

Reporting & Management Information
-Prepare timely and accurate management reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
-Provide insights on key financial KPIs to support decision-making.
-Ensure data accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.

Governance & Compliance
-Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and SOPs.
-Support internal and external audit requirements related to commercial finance.
-Assist in improving processes, systems, and reporting efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
-Support month-end closing activities related to commercial finance.
-Participate in business reviews and management meetings when required.

Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
-Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business finance.
-Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industry is preferred.
-Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an advantage.
-Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight timelines.
