Job Responsibilities:
-Good Communication Skills: Language proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers.
-Customer Service Skills: A solid foundation in providing excellent customer care.
-Experience: A minimum of 1 year working in a Contact Center environment.
-Sales Capability: Ability and willingness to up-sell and cross-sell during inbound calls (e.g. promoting Telco Home Fibre, upgrading mobile plans).
-Digital Literacy: Basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms (App, WhatsApp, ChatBOT platforms, etc)
-Technical Support Skills: Basic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge would be an advantage.

Requirements:
-Must possess at least a SPM in any relevant field with at least 1 year working experience in Customer Service.
-Required language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably Mandarin. (Mandarin would be a bonus)
-Candidates have full working rights for Malaysia.
-Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both English and Malay languages.
-Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast paced environment.
-Able to start work immediately.
