Responsibilities:

Operational Support:
-Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
-Collaborate with relevant departments to facilitate the completion of operations.

Document and Inventory Management:
-Prepare and file necessary forms, documents, and reports.
-Manage inventory and order office supplies; arrange equipment servicing as required.

Reporting and Analysis:
-Compile and prepare regular reports or statistics on operational activities.

Additional Responsibilities:
-Perform any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma or relevant working experience.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to combine and consolidate files.
-Strong communication skills in EN, CN, and BM.
-Must be organized, independent, and possess good time management and problem-solving skills.
-Must be reliable, proactive, and possess a high level of self-initiative.
