What You'll Do
Be the backbone of our customer success:
-Provide professional administrative support including data entry, customer communications, and live chat assistance
-Maintain and update product information across our eCommerce platforms
-Handle customer inquiries with expertise and care
-Manage customer order administration from start to finish
-Resolve customer issues with efficiency and empathy
-Take on exciting ad-hoc projects that contribute to our growth

What We're Looking For
Your Background:
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Management, Administration, or related field
-Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience
-Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
