Very conveniently and near Ampang Park LRT/MRT station, only 4-6 minutes walking distance to office.

Working hours;
Monday - Friday: 9:00-18:00
Saturday 9:00-13:00
Closed on Sundays and public holidays
1 hour lunch break

Skill requirements;
- Familiar or non familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and SQL accounting system.

Job responsibilities;
- Meeting minutes and daily document collation
- Data entry and reconciliation
- Process documents such as invoices, purchase orders (POs), vendor statements (SOAs), and more..
- Collect and sort out vendor, client documents, preliminarily review the completeness and connect with the financial department
- Assist in completing auxiliary work such as basic financial reconciliation.
