Resposibilities:

To coordinate the customer order and liaise with Production Department for production planning and delivery to customer.

Prepare Official Order according to the Purchase Order and get the approval prior to distribution to Production Department.

Follow up with the order if necessary, coordinate with the production personnel on production scheduling, delivery date arrangement and communicate with customer frequently.

Follow up closely with Urgent Order, Cancelled Order, On-hold Order and report customer feedback to Sales Admin Manager immediately.

Maintain cordial relationship with customer through telecommunication.

Recommend and implement the appropriate strategy of the Company if necessary to improve sales.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.

Applicants must be willing to work in Rawang

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

School leavers/ fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training provided)
