Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate export shipments to ensure timely and compliant dispatch.

Evaluate and choose optimal shipping routes and schedules based on cost, transit time, and customer commitments.

Proactively plan shipment schedules and resolve export-related issues to minimize delays.

Ensure accuracy and compliance of export documentation and international trade regulations.

Monitor freight performance and adjust schedules proactively to avoid delays.

Provide cross-departmental support to ensure smooth planning, documentation, and shipment execution with Warehouse and Service Provider.

Monitor stock levels and shelf life to ensure timely exports and minimize expiry or obsolescence.

Allocate tasks, set priorities, and monitor team performance for export documentation and shipment execution

Lead and manage the export team to ensure efficient, compliant, and on-time shipment execution.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or Diploma or certification in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Export–Import Management.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

Hands-on experience in export documentation

Working knowledge of incoterms, customs regulations, and international trade procedures.

Experience coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, and transporters.

Proficiency to MS Office and SAP system

Familiarity with port operations, cargo tracking, and delivery scheduling.

Ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
