Job Responsibilities:

Utilize inventory management reports to track stock and ensure accuracy.

Conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify the accuracy of stock records.

Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock counts, support and verify stock for all warehouse activities.

Perform physical inventory counts periodically to ensure data records match actual inventory levels.

Maintain detailed records of all inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing products.

Track inventory and stock in real time.

Report and analyse stock discrepancies promptly with supervisor and team.

Implement efficient reordering processes to trigger alerts on the stock level before it runs out.

Assist and work with team on both housekeeping tasks and any cost-saving projects.

Any other duties delegated or assigned by the Executive and Supervisor.
