🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to support and execute marketing initiatives across online and offline channels:

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns & activations

Assist in developing marketing materials and content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines

Coordinate 360° marketing activities with internal teams (Creative, E-commerce, Sales) and external partners

Liaise with collaborators, KOLs, and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics

Manage marketing budgets, documentation, and claims accurately

Support project timelines to ensure campaigns and product launches are delivered smoothly and on schedule

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive brand engagement, recruitment initiatives, and sales conversion

Take part in varied marketing initiatives and special projects, giving you exposure to different areas of marketing and opportunities to learn beyond your core responsibilities

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in Marketing / Brand roles (FMCG experience is an advantage)

Strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal)

Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Creative thinker with the ability to contribute ideas and support content & storytelling

Passionate about marketing, branding, and consumer behavior
