What You’ll Do
Develop and execute key account plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key buyers and category managers.

Drive product visibility and in-store execution through effective trade and promotional strategies.

Analyze market data, sales trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Manage trade spending (A&P) efficiently to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of launches, promotions, and operations.

Be ready to support and coach Key Account Executives in the team when assigned by your superior, ensuring effective execution and smooth account operations.

Who We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in FMCG key account management, preferably handling super/hypermarket chains (JG, AEON, Lotus, etc.).

Proven track record in sales growth, negotiation, and trade execution.

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
