Key Responsibilities
-Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave administration
-Assist in recruitment, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
-Coordinate training programs and track employee development
-Support employee engagement, welfare activities, and HR initiatives
-Prepare HR documentation (contracts, memos, letters, notices)
-Assist in disciplinary procedures and performance review processes

Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of HR experience in any industry.
-Strong understanding of HR processes and Malaysian labor regulations
-Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
-Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently
-Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Able to communicate in Mandarin and English to liaise with internal stakeholder.
