Key Responsibilities
-Prepare and assist in Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and budgets
-Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
-Assist in tender documentation, evaluation, and award process
-Monitor project costs and support cost control and cash flow management
-Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, site teams, and internal stakeholders
-Maintain proper contract documentation and cost records
-Support the project team on commercial and contractual matters

Requirements
-Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
-Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant working experience are encouraged to apply
-Basic knowledge of construction drawings and contracts
(familiarity with PAM Contracts 2006 / 2018 is an advantage)
-Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
-Good communication and teamwork skills
-Able to work independently with guidance when required
