Key Responsibilities
-Ensure the company’s compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements
-Monitor changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on business operations
-Develop, review, and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and codes of conduct
-Identify, assess, and manage compliance-related risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures
-Conduct regular compliance reviews and internal checks to ensure adherence to policies and regulations
-Coordinate with internal and external auditors, regulators, and legal advisors, and follow up on audit findings
-Plan and conduct compliance training and awareness programs for employees
-Handle compliance-related complaints, breaches, or whistleblowing matters, and conduct investigations where necessary
-Prepare compliance reports and recommendations for management and senior leadership
-Maintain proper compliance records, documentation, and reports to ensure audit readiness

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, risk management, or a related role
- Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills
- High level of integrity, independence, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Proficient in written and spoken English (proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage).
