Job Description
-Advise Management/ Department Heads on various legal issues that may arise.
-Provide legal support on day-to-day operations as well as on-going projects.
-Cooperate with the appointed lawyer or solicitor in all matters concerning legal cases and assist to resolve these cases timely and effectively.
-Undertake all the company secretary work effectively and efficiently.
-Draft the company's agreements and letters with legal contents.
-Maintain systematic filling of company legal and secretarial documents.
-Undertake any other duties as and when instructed by the Management.
-Responsible for the effective management of corporate legal risks; providing sound legal support including advisory and drafting of legal documentations.

Job Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Laws, CLP/BAR is not required.
-Able to work independently and under tight schedule and deadlines.
-Minimum 5-10 years relevant work experiences
-Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay is required
-Ability to provide effective legal solutions to facilitate business in alignment with strategic priorities.
-Ability to mentor, coach and have good leadership skill. Willing to take on challenges spontaneously.
