Key Responsibilities:
-Act as a liaison between Japanese and local teams to support daily operational needs.
-Manage administrative tasks including documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
-Coordinate the movement of goods and ensure all related logistics documentation is accurate and timely.
-Process paperwork related to import/export, purchasing, and internal operations.
-Provide support in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence in both Japanese and English.
-Assist in translating or interpreting communications, documents, and materials when required.
-Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain efficient workflow within the department.

Requirements:
-High-level proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking).
-Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across cultures.
-Strong attention to detail with good organizational and coordination skills.
-Prior experience in administrative support, logistics coordination, or related fields is an advantage.
