Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and consistently high service standards
-Identify, develop, and establish new customer relationships and potential business opportunities to support revenue growth
-Prepare accurate, competitive quotations, costing analyses, and sales documentation in a timely manner-
-Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to effectively support customer requirements
-Proactively follow up on customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and after-sales matters to ensure customer satisfaction
-Monitor pricing trends, market developments, and competitor activities to support informed sales decisions
-Assist in sales forecasting, order tracking, and management reporting
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and internal systems

Requirements:
-Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree, preferably in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in inside sales or sales support, preferably within the electronics components or EMS-related industry
-Strong understanding of sales processes, quotation management, and customer coordination
-Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
-Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with ERP / CRM systems
-Highly detail-oriented, well organised, and able to perform effectively under pressure
-Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
