Key Responsibilities
-Prepare and process quotations, invoices, and delivery orders accurately and in a timely manner
-Handle customer inquiries and correspondence via email in a professional and courteous manner
-Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure timely shipment and delivery
-Monitor, update, and maintain stock and inventory records
