Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Relationship Management
· Provide prompt, courteous, and professional assistance to customers, phone inquiries, and online communications.
· Facilitate smooth customer onboarding, move-in/move-out processes, and day-to-day service support.
· Address customer feedback and concerns proactively, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
· Strengthen long-term customer relationships and contribute to improved retention through proactive service delivery.

Operational & Facility Support
· Perform regular facility checks to ensure cleanliness, security, and operational readiness.
· Report and follow up on maintenance issues or operational irregularities with the relevant teams.

Administrative & Documentation
· Maintain accurate records of customer details, contracts, and transaction history.
· Support the preparation and issuance of invoices, receipts, renewal documents, and related administrative tasks.
· Assist in issuing invoices, receipts, and processing payments when required.

Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or front desk roles.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
· Professional, personable, and service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
· Organised, detail-focused, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative or CRM systems.
· Willing to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays if necessary
