Job Resposibilities
-Manage daily customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and email
-Process sales orders, service requests, and delivery arrangements end-to-end
-Manage courier bookings, delivery scheduling, and in-house dispatch requests
-Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
-Track deliveries, follow up on delays, and update customers accordingly
-Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders and customer cases
-Prepare and check invoices, delivery orders and related documents
-Maintain accurate customer, order, and machine records in internal systems
-Ensure all cases are properly tracked, updated, and closed
-Handle customer issues professionally and escalate when required
-Assist in improving admin workflows, documentation, and internal processes

Job Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
-2–5 years experience in admin, customer service, or operations support
-Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
-Confident in handling customers, internal teams, and follow-ups independently
-Well-organised, detail-oriented, and accountable for own work
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-department environment
-Familiar with POS, CRM, or order processing systems
-Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and email
-Willing to learn technical products and service workflows
