Job Requirements
-Lead daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
-Ensure accurate and timely fulfilment for online, retail, and office/internal orders.
-Check all outgoing orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
-Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper organization (5S).
-Monitor stock levels and ensure all stock movements are updated.
-Conduct regular cycle counts and support monthly stocktakes.
-Investigate stock variances and follow up with corrective actions.
-Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
-Train team members on SOPs, product handling, and safety procedures.
-Maintain team discipline, punctuality, and productivity.
-Arrange deliveries, couriers, and logistics scheduling.
-Ensure all documentation (DO, GRN, pick list, stock transfer) is complete and accurate.
-Prepare simple daily/weekly reports on warehouse activity and stock movement.
-Identify workflow issues and propose improvements to SOPs and processes.
-Support implementation and adoption of WMS or digital warehouse tools.

Job Responsibility
-2–4 years of warehouse experience (supervisory experience preferred).
-Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
-Experience with order fulfilment for online/retail orders is an advantage.
-Able to use systems such as POS, WMS, Excel/Google Sheets.
-Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks.
-Possess a valid GDL licence (Goods Driver’s Licence) for delivery or transport when required.
