Roles & Responsibilities
-Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
-Prepare accurate and timely quotations and Proforma Invoices for international clients.
-Create request forms for sampling and new designs.
-Develop sales proposals according to Sales Team and/or customer requirements.
-Provide regular updates to customers on order and shipment status.
-Liaise with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
-Maintain precise customer records and transactions in the ERP system.
-Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
-2–3 years of experience in export sales.
-Strong knowledge of export documentation and customer coordination.
-Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa (Mandarin speaking is an advantage).
