Work from Home

Provide admin support on daily sales operations.

Responding to customer enquiries and requests via phone, email and chat in a professional and timely manner

Keep customers informed about their order status and resolve any issues related to order processing

Assisting with the coordination of appointments / Orders / Procurement

Perform any other assigned projects and duties.

Able to work in a face paced environment.

Able to communicate well in English / Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Knowledge in IT Field Preferred



Job Requirements

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Well versed in computer skills such as MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Be meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-tasks in handling tasks.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Team player, meticulous and able to work independently with minimal supervision within tight deadlines.
