As an Area Sales Manager at Xepa-Soul Pattinson (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with key clients within a defined geographical region.

Key responsibilities

Drive sales performance and achieve targets within the assigned territory.

Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Identify new business opportunities and monitor market and competitor activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to support sales planning and execution.

Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts and ensure accurate reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 3 years in a supervisory role.

Proven track record of delivering client solutions, manage territories effectively and meeting sales targets.

Proven team management skills.

Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Ability yo analyze sales data and translate into market trends.

Knowledge of the market within the assigned territory, including customer needs and competitor activities.

Proficient in computer skills, with emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint.

Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
