We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Executive to support our operations and day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a full-time work-from-home role suitable for individuals who can work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all suppliers & contracted partners.

Monitor product sales, margin, mix & range, promotions to achieve pre-set KPIs

Source for new leads from source of origin or main principle supply

Ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while adhering to quality standards

Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting demand to avoid shortages

Requirements:

Proficient in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Prior experience in shipping and procurement or a related field is a plus, but not essential.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or equivalent tools.

Ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendation.

Proficiency in using procurement software and other relevant tools
