Sales Executive position is expected to grow and retain HB Fuller's market share and customer base in key market segments while achieving profit sales targets. Sales Executive is expected to:

This person is accountable for delivering annual business results, aligned with business plan, sales, volume.

Growth - focuses effort on delivering growth and maintains existing business to deliver plan.

CUSTOMER FOCUSED – CREATING VALUE

Drive customer intimacy by delivering HBF’s value proposition tailored to meet the needs of customers.

Promote, quantify and expertly sell value, which differentiates HBF in the market and adds value to our customers.

DEMONSTRATES BUSINESS ACUMEN

Implement business pricing strategy based on business guidelines, expertly delivers price increases thereby enabling prices to stick.

Promote HBF products and technologies to optimize profitability.

Minimum Requirements

3 - 5 years college degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.

2 - 3 years of relevant sales experience related to industry, B2B and packaging.

Passionate in industry sales, customerfacing and possess the motivation and entrepreneurial spirit to drive change with innovation.

Communication and influence management skills - must have the ability/confidence to sell value of his ideas to internal and external parties.

Relationship building skills.

Must have a valid driving license and ability to travel within the territory / region assigned.

Willing to relocate or remote as needed.
