Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Job Description

1. Manning the reception counter and attending to parents or students.

2. Communication with parents regarding any enquiries, trial classes, payments updates.

4. Assist in any MicFront events such as Stage Times, Contests and more!

5. Assist in operational work, to ensure classes, events, and the Centre operates optimally.

6. Keying of sales and other important data into systems.



Requirements

1. Min 1 year experience in relevant industries (pre-school or education centers) will be an advantage

2. Team player & excellent people skills (respectful and kind to children)

3. Detailed-oriented (in keying in data, sending information) and ability to work independently

4. Good written and verbal proficiency in English

5. Willing to work 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sundays.

6. Able to commit for a minimum of 1 year.
