What you'll be doing
-Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
-Scheduling and managing patient appointments
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
-Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are clean and well-stocked
-Assisting practitioners with various clinical procedures as needed
-Handling cash, credit card payments, and other financial transactions
-Providing general administrative support to the clinic team
-Maintaining a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction

What we're looking for
-Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting, preferably in a clinic or alternative medicine environment
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and empathetic manner
-Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
-Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office
-A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
-A genuine interest in natural therapies and alternative medicine
