What We’re Looking For:
-Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Computer Science or related field.
-1 – 2 years of relevant working experience in ICT industry is preferred (but not essential).
-Basic IT knowledge (especially in network security) will be added advantage.
-Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven individual.
-A team player with pleasant personality, good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude.
-Competency in Microsoft application.
-Language: English, BM & Mandarin-speaking candidates (need to liase with Mandarin-speaking customers).

Job Responsibility:
-Handling documentation and administration work in supporting department's operations.
-Update and maintain accurate records in CRM System (SAP).
-Assist in the preparation of quotations and tender documents.
-Timely send out quotations and closely follow up to ensure high successful rate for renewal.
-Fast respond to customer inquiries or feedback via email and phone, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
-Work as a team to meet and achieve quarterly sales targets.
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth
