Job Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources and Employee Services: Execute the entire human resources process, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, payroll calculation, and social security and visa processing.
2. Administration and Asset Support: Manage the office environment, assets, supplies, and daily affairs; organize meetings and activities; and supervise the implementation of regulations.
3. Basic Financial Support: Process employee expense reimbursements, cash/bank journal entries, invoice management, and tax liaison.
4. Internal and External Communication: Serv as the internal and external liaison, answering inquiries and maintaining communication with government agencies and other partners.

Job Requirements:
1. Associate's degree or above, with a major in Human Resources Management, Administration, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
2. At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in human resources, administration, or finance; experience in managing small to medium-sized enterprises is a plus.
3. Excellent communication skills and professional ethics; a customer-first service philosophy.
4. Adaptable and flexible; able to work independently and effectively as a team player.
5. Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a strong team spirit.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate multiple tasks.
