Objectives / Responsibilities
-Provide helpdesk support services and assist in project management for clients.
-Perform installation, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hardware and software, including servers, PCs, and network infrastructure, with a strong focus on IP Voice (VoIP) solutions.
-Proactively identify potential system and network issues and recommend or implement effective solutions.
-Configure and maintain network systems, including backups, restores, and comprehensive system documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-Troubleshoot a wide range of communication software and hardware issues, ensuring minimal system downtime and business disruption.
-Provide 24/7 technical support to contract customers on a rotational on-call basis, with additional incentives provided.


Skills and Qualifications
-Fresh graduates and internship seekers are welcome to apply.
-Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma / Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
-Experience with VoIP systems is preferred.
-Networking experience (LAN/WAN, routing, switching) is an advantage.
-Ability to set up, prepare, and demonstrate technical solutions for clients.
-Strong ability to communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly and efficiently.
-Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; pleasant personality, self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn.
