JOB REQUREMENTS:
-Education: Minimum diploma and preferably with Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent;
-Required languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders;
-Experience: At least 1 year of experience in accounting and administration (fresh graduate also welcome);
-Self-motivated with "can-do" attitude;
-Commitment to quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided;
-Candidate will be under supervision of audit managers and working closely with colleagues and ensure the work plan is properly executed.


ACCOUNTING RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Record and maintain financial transactions using accounting software accurately and timely;
-Prepare accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements;
-Prepare full sets of accounts and monthly management reports.
-Prepare bank reconciliation statements and accounting schedules;
-Assist in explaining and analysing financial statements for internal and external users;
-Maintain proper filing and documentation of bills, invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other source documents for audit and record-keeping purposes.


OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
-Review basis of quotation, quotation and engagement letter prepared by subordinate;
-Assist communicate and solicit the quotation with clients;
-Assist for the credit control and collections.
